God is with you!

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”- Isa 41:10

In times of trials we forget the God. We think our problems are bigger than God. We think God himself cannot solve our problem. But the truth is God is always with us, He says I will never you nor forsake you. In the above verses God we learn 5 things.

1.God says “Fear not” , nothing happens without heavenly father will.

2.God says“I am with you”, when God is with us ,we need not worry about anything , because he takes care of all things.

3.God says ” be not dismayed & He will strengthen you”. With our own strength and ability we can do nothing, By the strength of God we will be able to overcome our trials.

4.God will “help you”. Man’s help have limitations, but only God can help you in in all situations, everywhere, every time.

5.God will “uphold you”, in one sense He will lead you, guide you by holding your hand. You need not be fearful about your future, God himself will lead you.

Let us pray to God and receive His Grace. Seek his Mercy. So that our faith and hope be only in Lord saviour Jesus Christ.

God calling your name twice

“But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:

But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. “-Luke 10:40-42

Here in above incident, we see one common thing in Martha and Mary, they both were serving Lord Jesus. Martha was busy preparing food for Jesus, but Mary was at the feet of Jesus.
Jesus was pleased with Mary, because what she chose was correct. She was at the feet of God, who had created heaven and earth. But Martha didn’t have that revelation. Martha even accused Jesus for not sending, Mary to kitchen, to help her.

Hence Jesus quoted above verse, Calling Martha Martha..

Even we may be busy whole day in our own business and work. We  think we are regular church goers, praying person, and we will be caught up in his coming.

Being at the feet of Jesus Christ in one sense can be compared to meditating the word of God all time, where ever we may be. But very often we forget to meditate the word of God.

Let God give us grace to meditate in His word.

“Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.” – Psa 119:140

God is with you

Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.

And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. [Is] not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD fought for Israel.  (Joshua 10:12-14)

Our God is a wonderful God, He have done many miracles. One of it is mentioned above. He stops Suns and Moon for the sake of His chosen people.

Even we may have lost many years wasting our times in vain things, but when we come to God and seek His forgiveness, He will forgive us. Is He able to restore our wasted time??? Hope so. But He will make us to utilize our remaining time in a best way, so that what ever time we have lost will be restored. He will restore all our blessings,  There is nothing impossible from God.

Be a good soldier !

Blessed be the LORD my strength, which

(2 Timothy 2:1 to 10)

“1   Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

2   And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

3   Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

4   No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

5   And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

6   The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.

7   Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.

8   Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:

9   Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.

10   Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. “

Moral: God has called and chosen us for His eternal purpose to be fulfilled in our life. In this spiritual journey, we must pray and fight in prayers to obtain the eternal life. We must not always seek others for prayer help. God wants to teach us so that we alone need to fight in prayer to grow in spiritual life. we know the victory is ours, because our Jesus Christ Have already defeated the Satan on cross. God also expects that we must pray for the salvation of unsaved persons, let god give us grace to pray.

“Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:” (Ps 144:1)
