You are in the hands of God!

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.-Jer 18:6

We are in the hands of God, whatever may be our situation, how much ever may be we would have sinned, still our God forgives us and reshapes our life.

By our wrong decision, choice, we could have not done the will of God, we would have gone away from but still our God loves us reshapes our life.

The trials, temptations, sufferings, which God permits in our life only to mould us in His character. Our heart is hard like stone, by these trials God softens our heart. Let us not be weary but submit our life into the hands of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He will shape His character in us.

” And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.”- Jeremiah 18:4

Kiss !

But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss? -Luke 22:48

According to me this is the greatest Kiss.

Kiss is the way to show Love to another person, but unfortunately Judas Iscariot chose to betray Jesus Christ. He could have pointed out or identified Jesus in many ways, like pointing finger , shaking hands, or by identifying by clothes, but it’s really astonishing why Judas chose kiss .kiss was mankinds most worst way of betrayal of Lord Jesus Christ.

We may think that Judas is only the accuser, we ourselves have denied God many times, Perhaps daily ! Everytime when we think that the coming of Jesus may delay, we are indirectly denying Jesus.

In our work place, school, college any where when we accuse or betray others we are betray Jesus.

Jesus mention about another kiss in the parable of prodigal son

Luke 15:20 “And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.”

Here we see the kiss of father (Jesus Christ) and son(we). We are like that prodigal son not worthy, but our Lord not only forgives us, but kisses us accepts us to be called as His child. Let. God give us grace and mercy to grow in His likeness.
